Dr. Cherine Kim is a head and neck surgeon first and foremost, with an intimate command of the anatomy of the face, head, and neck. Her entire career has been devoted to this one region — she operates only on the area she has spent years mastering. She is double board-certified in Otolaryngology and in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, holds both an MD and a PhD, and completed her training at Loma Linda University and Stanford University. Today she also serves as a professor at Loma Linda University, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows — work that keeps her at the leading edge of the specialty. Her practice centers on facial rejuvenation surgery and rhinoplasty, procedures where a deep understanding of anatomy, restraint, and an eye for proportion matter as much as technique.
